The title is a nod to Ray Charles’s classic 1962 album, “Modern Sounds in Country and Western Music.” The achievement of “Modern Minds and Pastimes” is all the more remarkable considering that the tough act it had to follow. “Modern Minds and Pastimes” was created with producer Mike Denneen and mixed by Mike Shipley. The recording was made at Q Division studios near the band’s Boston home. Now The Click 5 is ready to tell the world on what they got. The Click 5 will have their first concert in the Philippines back by local bands and local artists. It will be held on May 30, 2008 Friday 8:00pm at Araneta Coliseum Philippines.
